Who we are

Taka POS provides point of sale and back-office software to shops and stores. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website or use the service, and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, phone, company and branch names), the business data you enter into Taka POS (products, stock, sales, purchases, clients, expenses and payroll), and technical data such as sign-in times and the device used, kept in the activity log.

How we use it

To run the service for you, keep your account secure, answer support requests and send messages about your subscription. We do not sell your data or use your business data for advertising.

Your business data

The data you enter belongs to you. You can export any list to Excel at any time. When you close your account we delete your business data after the notice period in your agreement.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers we need to run the service, such as hosting and email, under confidentiality terms, or when the law requires it.

Security

Access is controlled by roles, two-factor sign-in can be required for the whole company, and every sign-in and security change is recorded in the activity log.

Cookies

This website uses one cookie to remember your language. The app uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
