The service

Taka POS is software you use in a browser to run your till, stock, purchases, expenses and payroll. These terms apply to every account and every user under it.

Your account

The account owner is responsible for the users they invite, the roles they give them and keeping sign-in details private. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices shown on this website or in your agreement. There are no fees per sale. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You can export it at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, try to break its security, or resell it without our written agreement.

Availability

We work to keep the service online and announce planned maintenance in advance. The till keeps the current cart if the connection drops.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell account owners about material changes at least 30 days before they apply.
